'Nudists' by Sarah McGreevy

Bodies

Taking off our clothes

No pants

Girls and boys

Sexy with no clothes

Showing ourselves.

I kiss and cuddle with one boy: Paul.

We love

But we're not hairy enough

To go without clothes

Pants on

We wear clothes

To hide our bodies

We are frightened

We eat from the Tree of Knowing

And so we are dying

Paul is sad, I cry,

We go down to sleep

Naked, lying.
