'Bag of rules' by Brenda Cook

We had to do paintings about the rules and how places run. This is about the army.

We had to talk about our lives at the portway players. The home I was living at had very strict rules about confidentiality and about what you were allowed to say. They had to pass on certain kinds of information about what I was doing: to a social worker. I had to go somewhere else. I like where I’m living now, and it fits in with what I’m doing.
