Contributors and collaborators who provided material for this project were required to comply with Watershed’s Intellectual Property Rights Policy and sign a common license agreement, or consent form. This gives Watershed non-exclusive, non-commercial online publishing rights, and sets out both Watershed’s responsibilities and contributors’ rights and obligations and requires contributors to ensure there are no outstanding copyright issues. Originally developed for Digitised: Communities Online, this IPR policy is now used across all Watershed’s online publishing initiatives.
