http://www.peoplesnetwork.gov.uk

The lottery funded People’s Network provides access to the internet from all public libraries across England. With further support from the Big Lottery Fund, MLA is now developing online services for the People’s Network. The first of these services, allows you to have your enquiries answered by library staff just as if you spoke to a member of staff in your local library. It is currently being piloted before its launch to the public in Spring 2005.
