South West Screen is the funding and support agency for the cultural and economic development of film, television and digital media in South West England. South West Screen exists to champion, promote and underpin the region's screen sector - a sector that employs many hundreds of local people and entertains and informs millions more, all around the world.
Opened in 1982, Watershed is Britain's first Media Centre and is Bristol's main arts cinema. With an established brand and strong demand, Watershed promotes creativity, innovation & inclusion from cultural, commercial & community sectors. It acts as a facilitator and catalyst within the creative industries, forging innovative partnerships to advance creativity in new technologies.
