Watershed's Head of Programme and Encounters Short Film Festival Programmer Mark Cosgrove is currently at the 21st Singapore Film Festival. Mark was invited by the British Council in Singapore to spend time there developing relationships with people in the film and creative industries and to present a programme of recent British short films around the theme of life in the city for a symposium on the city in cinema.
