Alpha

Alpha is an animation that ustilises the physiological effects of sound to create transformational experiences which have the potential to lead the viewer's conciousness into a wider state of being. The visual aspect pays homage to serial painter Barnett Newman and his exploration of creating vast spaces and openings to the void.
Tajindar's work explores ideas of space and extension developed from an interest in globalisation and the dissolution of strict boundaries. This view of a connected world has arisen through the juxtaposition of Eastern Philosophy and the findings of Modern Western Physics.
